  Great service, cheaper than the dealership. finished on time for school pick up. the staff were easy to deal with and pleasant. will definitely be back

  Recently I had a 60,000 and a 75,000 service done on my car with this company. I was told at the time this is how they do it and charged me for two services. Apparently this is what they call a major service?? Along with this I had 4 new tyres fitted. The total cost was $908. When I got home I discovered the fan belt was squeaky and had not been tightened and the handbrake hadn't been touched either. I went back to the shop and explained this and was very abruptly told by the manager that I would be charged to have both of these problems fixed over and above the $908 I had already paid for a full major service. Unfortunately I read the other bad reviews on this site too late. I will never recommend Albany Creek Bridgestone to anyone, and I will make an effort to let all my friends, who live in this area, not to go there.
